The High Performance Mind- Body-Sport Recovery Program - Increased Awareness & Accelerated Recovery

Under more extreme levels of stress like competitive sport – the body releases a high level of neuro-chemicals including dopamine and adrenaline-these can keep the body in a state of fight or flight long after the event, preventing the nervous system from rebalancing, revitalising and repairing. This can effect sleeping patterns, mood swings or increase levels of anxiety. The High Performance Mind-Body-Sport Recovery Program is a practical program that delivers a systematic learning to enhance athletic recovery from the highs and lows of any sport or game.

The Leadership Group Program
- Developing Leadership Teams

Leadership groups play a major role in all team sports, as within the group there are many relationships. Team members look to leaders to provide them with inspiration, direction, support and organisation. Some commonly identified traits of a good leadership group are self-confidence, creativity, good communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate, the ability to make decisions in adversity, a desire to lead and a desire to influence others. Our proven Leadership Group Program covers both the essential theory and practical skills to develop or further enhance the leadership group’s impact both on and off the playing field.

The change in our team’s performance when Richard took over managing the leadership group was instant and long-term. The leadership group not only banded together with more focus and direction the leadership group managed to lead our team to success more often especially when called upon. In every team, the ‘team climate’ or group dynamic is formed from the state of each individual. We are often shaken by failure but not enough to change habitual behaviour. Every team must continue pushing to find what it is that will create future breakthroughs and success. This long term intensive program works across all areas of building and individual transformation to develop new resources of resilience and stamina to withstand pressure and adversity.
